Dan "Tiger" Hill (March 8, 1917 - August 24, 1989) was a former football player. Born in Asheville, North Carolina, he played center and linebacker for the 1936-1938 Duke Blue Devils football teams.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Dan "Tiger" Hill - Inductee Detail )〕 He was All-Southern Conference in 1936 and 1938, and All-American in 1938.〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Dan Hill Jr. )〕 He was co-captain of the 1938 "Iron Dukes", which did not allow a point during the regular season and lost the 1939 Rose Bowl 7-3.
